I’m Ashley, a passionate artist and photographer who believes in the power of art to tell deep, meaningful stories. By day, I’m a dedicated mom, and by night, I’m crafting pieces that radiate love, joy, and creativity.

I draw inspiration from all around me—whether it’s the magic of astrology, the insights of MBTI, or the captivating stories in TV shows and movies. I’m an INFP 4w5 Scorpio, happily married to my INFJ 5w4 Capricorn Hubby, and together we’re raising three wonderful kids who are my biggest source of inspiration.

My Creative Process

Creating art is a deeply personal journey for me, fueled by my emotions, experiences, and the world around me. It all begins with inspiration. Whether it’s a fleeting moment, a feeling I want to capture, or a concept that speaks to me. I let that initial spark guide me, allowing the idea to evolve naturally as I work.

For photography, I love capturing raw, unfiltered moments that tell a story, and I use subtle editing to enhance the natural beauty and emotions of each shot. I focus on light, angles, and the essence of the subject to bring out its unique beauty. Every shot is about finding the truth in a moment and revealing its magic through my lens.

For drawing and painting, my process is more intuitive. I start with rough sketches, letting the shapes and lines flow until the piece feels alive. I blend colors and textures, layering them until they feel just right. Each stroke is an extension of my emotions, whether I’m exploring a serene mood or a burst of energy.

Through it all, I aim to create art that feels authentic and meaningful—pieces that resonate with others and connect us through shared experiences and emotions. Art is my way of speaking when words fall short, and I hope it touches something in you too.

Why I Love My Mediums

Each medium I work with holds a special place in my heart because it allows me to express myself in ways words cannot. For photography, I love how it freezes a moment in time, capturing the emotion, the light, and the story within a single frame. It’s about finding beauty in the everyday and turning something ordinary into something extraordinary. Through my lens, I’m able to preserve fleeting moments, turning them into lasting memories that others can connect with.

Drawing and painting, on the other hand, give me the freedom to express myself without limits. The tactile nature of pencils, pens, and paints brings me a sense of fulfillment I can’t find elsewhere. I can explore endless possibilities with color, form, and texture each brushstroke or line holds a new discovery. These mediums allow me to immerse myself completely in the creative process, where I can explore my feelings and ideas in ways that feel deeply personal and transformative.
